Adult Portraits

In order to capture a good likeness of an adult sitter, Zara works from life, requiring several sittings in accordance with your individual requirements. She will also take a few photographs in order to use them as reference or as an ‘aide-memoir’.  She then works on the sketches and the final portrait painting in her studio at home.

As Zara wishes to produce the best possible portrait for you, She requires total co operation from the sitter , whereby sitter and artist work together in symbiosis to create a meaningful art work.  Having a portrait done should be a wonderful experience to be enjoyed and worked at.
